Hello Parents! Did your child recently receive a Gamin' Ride Invitation to a birthday party? They must be so excited, whether this is their first time or if they have Experienced Gamin' Ride's Interactive Entertainment in the past. To RSVP electronically please enter the event ID located on the invitation sent to you by the host/hostess. Then, please complete the form, read the terms & conditions and agree by submitting the information. The hosting parent will receive your reply and your acceptance to the waiver will permit your child to participate in the event and attractions.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
  • Gamin' Ride offers a multitude of video game with many ratings including Everyone (E), Teen (T) and Mature (M). The hosting parent is the one who decides which game titles or ratings to exclude. Gamin' Ride does not make assumptions or decisions on regulating game content at events. The hosting individuals make those decisions. Therefore, if you have any restrictions please communicate them with both the hosting parent and Game Guru staff on board so we can do our best to accommodate them.
  • Game Gurus are the event staff who are responsible for capturing the memories and candid 'game faces' via our Gamin' Ride Experience Cam. Using all the pictures taken at the event, a 5-minute slideshow will be produced and shown at the end of each party to the guests and parents. Then within a few hours of the event end time, those photos will be available online for all guests who received a photo card with a special password to access the gallery with. The security and safety of each guest is our prime concern.
  • Each Game Guru is certified and trained to keep each guest safe throughout the Experience. Most theaters are handicapped accessible and the team strives to meet the individual needs of each guest. If your child has any special needs, allergies and/or accommodations please speak to the hosting parent and Game Gurus on-board the theater the day of the event.
