HOW IT ALL STARTED

We just finished the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony which officially welcomed another Gamin' Ride franchise into our system. It's amazing to watch the journey of yet another group of people learn about our franchise opportunity, trust in our brand and make the investment of a lifetime in the team that started it all. At today's ceremony, our CEO reminded us that he is proud of the brand's success and is amazed at the progress of the journey.

In the fall of 1994, our President and Chief Experience Officer, Michael P. Falgares, began an entertainment company that focused on private and corporate events. The core services of the company were Disc Jockey Entertainment where their motto was, 'Anyone can play music, We Entertain!' That principle served them well as the company produced thousands of successful events, which catapulted the business into a multi-unit operation. In 2004, on their 10th Anniversary, Interactive Productions began offering Game Shows for schools and corporate clients that focused on customized entertainment and team building activities. It was then that Michael P. Falgares knew the future of his industry, where only the best would survive, is in the Interactive Entertainment sector.

In 2008, as school clients continued to beg for new innovative services from Falgares' team he was in the process of exploring equipment that would solve his clients' needs and battle childhood obesity at the same time. So in February of that year, both Michael & Philip Falgares, his father, journeyed to Amsterdam, Netherlands where they partnered with a company making a multiplayer dance system that is often compared to Dance Dance Revolution. The meeting was successful as they were the first and only US based company offering the iDance system to schools, corporate and private clients alike. iDance and the Earn N Burn production were created to engage over 150 participants at the same time on the same screen. It was a huge success and the Earn N Burn fundraiser received tremendous recognition as a fun, new way for schools to Earn Money and for students to Burn Calories. (MSNBC, October, 2009)

During these fundraisers, Interactive Productions would award students with time in a video game lounge that would be setup in the back of the school gym or auditorium. The students loved this incentive and it became a huge motivator of participation and in effect, fundraising.

However, Falgares and his team knew that setting up TVs, consoles, seating and game systems at every event everyday would be challenging. They set out to create a mobile video game theater and on October 31, 2008 Gamin' Ride was born and rolled into it's new headquarters in New Jersey.

Since then it has become a household name and immediately touted as a hot new concept that would change the mobile entertainment industry. Gamin' Ride was created with the focus on Interactive Entertainment and the vision and mission of this new brand would be successful because of the Experience each guest and client would have each and every time.

Falgares knew the company he created in 1994 was difficult to expand as it relied heavily on personality and cloning himself was difficult. When Gamin' Ride was created he knew that the concept could be duplicated in other markets and with his team's knowledge and experience a successful franchisee would be immanent From that point on Falgares and his team built the Gamin' Ride Franchise Systems and in 2009 the first franchise opened on New Year's Eve!

Despite the sluggish economy in 2010 Gamin' Ride experienced explosive growth. The company moved into its new headquarters in Jackson, New Jersey and continued selling franchises all over the United States and developed international partners in other countries. In addition, the corporate team today continues to grow and Falgares continues to acknowledge the talented individuals who surround him play an integral part to creating the Experience for guests, clients, franchisees and their families.

As Gamin' Ride moves forward the plan is to develop new areas around the country and to seek additional international partners who share the same vision of creating fun and excitement and bringing it to the people in their community. With the addition of many new attractions like Outdoor Laser Tag, Hydro Wars, Bumper Balls, Sumo Wrestling, Whack-a-Doodle and iDance, there always will be a reason for clients to continue to engage our services knowing that each event will be uniquely different but that each Experience will be exactly the same. It's the Experience of reliability, honesty, quality fun provided by engaging hosts and friendly Guest Service Agents that will keep Gamin' Ride on the top of their Game!
